iTop is built around a CMDB that is entirely configurable, and helps enterprises in implementing ITIL step by step. Powerful import/export tools are available for interactive and programmatic usages. A graphical view shows you how a given CI can impact the rest of the IT infrastructure and the services delivered to your customers.
iTop integrates user request management with the IT service catalog. iTop speeds up the resolution of requests by support teams: automatic email notifications, computation of priorities and escalation of tickets not complying with their SLA. A dedicated user interface – the user portal – allows end-users to submit their own requests and follow-up on their resolution. iTop is available in English, French, German and Spanish.
